Dr. Surya Kant Choubey is a Senior Consultant Urologist and Renal Transplant Surgeon from Bangalore in Karnataka. He is currently working as Professor and Head of Department of Urology at St. John's Medical College & Hospital. He is also heading the renal transplant team of Urology division. Dr. Choubey has successfully given a new dimension to the Urology department of St. John's Medical College & Hospital.

Dr. Choubey's areas of interest are Endourology, Laparoscopy, Andrology, Female Urology, Reconstructive Surgery, Uro Oncology, and Renal Transplant. He has been trained from RIMS (Ranchi), CMC Vellore and Bangalore Medical College.
